$75M gut renovation of the 5-story Law School building.

• Campbell – Conley- Salice Dormitories
  • This was a $100M project that built 2 New LEED Gold Dormitory Buildings, simultaneously from the ground up.
  • Project Scope included programming, design, bidding, and construction.
  • I put together the design team, Architects, Engineers, Expeditors, and specialty Consultants.

• Duane Hall – Admissions, Theology and Classrooms
  • This was a $50M gut renovation of a gothic building. 
  • This project won an Adaptive Land Use Award from the Landmark Preservation Committee of NY, even though it is not a NYC Landmark.

Baseball and Football Fields

• • These projects were total rebuilds converting conventional grass sport field into artificial turf fields with new electrical systems, sport lighting, dugouts and drainage.

• Streetscape Lighting Designer for Iona Campus District. 
  • This project consisted of a total urban restoration and street widening of North Ave., which goes through the heart of the Iona Campus Area. 

• Site Lighting Design Engineer Botanic Gardens. 
  • This project consisted of light designs for the Osborn Garden, Japanese Gardens,

• Generation Station Modernization
  • As the Chief Construction Inspector, I supervised the modernization of the Hudson Ave Generation Station in Brooklyn. 

• Engineer of Record for a New 6 story condominium building that was built in lower Manhattan.
