Joseph Scaltro is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the states of New York and New Jersey. A graduate of Manhattan College with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Joseph has 40 years’ experience as a Design Engineer and 30 years as a Owner’s Representative. This cross training of experience allows us to temper our design decisions with the knowledge of field conditions. It also allows us to represent the Owner from the vantage point of being able to guide and consult on the design of most projects that we work on.
